Great to be at The University of Manchester again today, where our Copilot Consultant, Reuben John, is running coaching sessions to help people boost their confidence with M365 Copilot.

This particular session focused on Copilot memory. Looking at how to train Copilot to learn your role, your style, and details about you. An attendee put it to the test by telling Copilot to “remember I’m fabulous.” 🙂‍↕️✨

A really fun day so far, and we look forward to sharing more Copilot tips and tricks with the UoM staff as the day goes on!

This slide was created in November 2014, 2 months before Hable launched, and before the term "Adoption & Change Management" (ACM) existed. Looking back, we think it still sums up our DNA pretty well, all these years later.

In the era of AI, your people, pathfinders, and leaders all need to be dreaming big. Looking at AI, assessing the opportunities, and finding ways to enhance everyday work.

But they also need to deploy fast! Because those who don't will be left behind.

As we officially kick off our new financial year today - we're reflecting back on this and looking at everything we have achieved since Mark first wrote these words.

Technology might be moving faster than ever. Our original logo might look a bit weird now. But our focus on the relationship between people and tech remains the same.
