I’m baaaaack !!!!!!

Omg what a journey this past 2 years have been 🙏

Moving home , learning about my own and managing my sons autism and raising my very sassy daughter and lastly having baby number 3 😅 all while running my own business I mean what more could I have added to the pot 😂

It’s not been the most straight forward path but it’s definitely been mine and I have been through all of the emotions under the sun and at times felt like a complete failure to my family and everyone around me, but one thing I’ve always known is God will not give me anything I can’t handle. 🙌

What I can say now is that I have embraced every challenge and kept a clear vision in my mind if who I am and where I want to go , although I am constantly changing and evolving everyday , and the path can change so quickly.

A good friend / mentor of mine once told me and I always remind myself that movement is definitely medicine physically and mentally😎

I workout 3 times a week Mon, Weds and Fri and I wanted to do something that could give back to the community and also help others at the same time.

So here I share with you my walking workout.
