🇮🇹 GAIWAN
Gaiwan è una tazza (fatta di porcellana o argilla) con coperchio e piatto molto di modo durance la dinastia Ming in Cina (1368-1644). Il suo coperchio si usa per mantenere le foglie dentro la tazza ed evita che queste fuoriescano mentre si beve il tè. Oggi viene utilizzata principalmente per l'infusione del tè alla pari di una teiera. È molto versatile e può essere utilizzata per diverse categorie di tè in particolare tè verde e bianco cinese.

🇬🇧 GAIWAN
Gaiwan is a cup (made of porcelain or clay) with lid and plate, really popular during the Ming dynasty in China (1368-1644). Its lid is used to keep the leaves inside the cup and prevents them from spilling out while drinking tea. Today it is mainly used for infusing tea on a par with a teapot. It is very versatile and can be used for different tea categories especially Chinese green and white tea.

🇮🇹 TÉ AL B***O TIBETANO བོད་ཇ
Il té al b***o (po cha) è una bevanda molto diffuse sulla catena montuosa himalayana, in particolare in Tibet. Questa bevanda è preparata bollendo acqua, té fermentato, sale, farina d'orzo, latte e b***o rancido di yak. Il tutto viene poi emulsionato con un frullatore elettrico o la più tradizionale zangola di legno. Tradizionale viene consumato durante tutta la giornata e durante grandi eventi religiosi dove i monaci buddisti preparano e servono anche migliaia di tazze !!

🇬🇧 TIBETAN BUTTER TEA བོད་ཇ
Butter tea (po cha) is a very popular drink in the Himalayan area, particularly in Tibet. This drink is made by boiling water, fermented tea, salt, barley flour, yak milk and rancid yak butter. The whole is then emulsified with an electric blender or the more traditional wooden churn. Traditionally it is consumed throughout the day and during major religious events where Buddhist monks prepare and serve thousands of cups !!
