Tejas is a Sanskrit word that translates to inner fire, radiance, vitality… your spark. The part of you that feels alive, inspired and deeply connected to yourself. So many of us lose touch with that energy in the busyness of everyday life. This retreat,in the gorgeous South of France, was about remembering it again.
I knew some of you yogis well, some a little bit and none at all. By the end we knew one another so well. I couldn’t have asked to be with such a wonderful group.
We did 4 hours of yoga a day, chatted for hours, laughed, danced and swam under the French sun, got lost and found again… and we most definitely captured our spark in the gorgeous French countryside.
And what made it even more magical was the setting. is one of the most idyllic places I have ever experienced. The house itself is incredibly special, but Maggie and the whole team make it unforgettable with their warmth, generosity and the most beautiful hosting. And the food… truly out of this world.
I feel so lucky to hold space for people to reset in such a powerful way, in such an amazing place, whilst working alongside such a special group of people.
My September retreat is now full (which honestly fills my heart so much), and I already cannot wait to return with another fantastic group.
