However, tenants will continue to have a legal duty to repair or cover the cost of any damage to the property.

2. Create a Pet CV 📋: Writing up your pet’s CV with references from your vet and previous landlords can help a lot when negotiating the terms. Also, you can ask to insert additional terms into your tenancy agreement where any damage caused by your pet would be your responsibility before moving out.
