The very attractive & then slightly risqué view of what happens behind the finished face? Our precast coping covers in Pic 1 & then Pic 2 shows the EPDM, a section of vertical firestop, insulation, bracketry & the dowels & restraints that all installed prior to stone or precast. Pic 3 shows an area that has to be left until the scaff if struck but still showing how we resin the stone to the corbel support brackets plus the dowel / paddle restraints. All clever stuff ;-) Final pic displays a run of EPDM behind the corbel brackets and to the front edge of the soffit detail. (anyone notice the thermal brake details from Farrat?)

A commercial natural stone façade installation project we are completing in Mayfair. We have installed, Portland base bed, Molianos, Faience & granite to this project but we have also installed the metsec framing support, the firestops, the insulation, the vapour barrier and all the corbel / soffit / coping / ashlar support bracketry.
