Always worth remembering when you're feeling guilty for feeling π we're all human and experience a whole range of emotions, sometimes we need help and sometimes we need time to ourselves and that is okay!

Post-lockdown anxiety is very real and if you're suffering with it, you're not alone. It's totally okay to be feeling this way and if you are, perhaps some of the tips from may help to relieve them.

This year we've heard some incredible stories so far - all of these men have opened up and shared their experiences with us. These conversations are so important because they improve the understanding and help adjust the negative attitudes towards men's mental health.

The 07:30 morning walks with the hound are a proper π§ hack.
It took me 8 weeks to get him off the lead with excellent recall having previously never been off the lead before in 8 years. Who said you canβt teach and old dog new tricks?
Top tip for recall: get a very punchy whistle, use positive reinforcement and be very assertive in a calm and neutral way π
The big man now rarely leaves my side or my eyesight πΆ
