6 MONTHS NO ALCOHOL - Thoughts.. 🫡

When I started this Brand one of the things I wanted it to embody was authenticity & transparency. For a long time I was reluctant to share anything personal. However, the ethos behind the Brand is about continuously developing & enjoying the journey - So I thought I’d share a journey I’m currently on.

So far, everything has gotten better. From my relationships to my skin. But the reason I decided to do this was to focus on my priorities & build the Brand.

In the past I recognised that if there’s an opportunity for me to f*** around I will & that’s why for me I’ve identified that I need daily discipline because without it I’m all over the place.

The best Question I ever asked myself was;

If you keep going down the path you’re on, where will you end up in 5 years?

Are you happy with that place?

If not, do everything you can to change the path you are on.

Reinvent yourself, take risks. Shoulder responsibility, Perdue your curiosities. Set big goals and go all in.
