📌 Position: Student Counsellor
📍 Location: Dhaka
🕒 Employment: Full Time
💵 Salary: 20K to 25K BDT/Month

We're looking for a confident, target-driven Student Counsellor to guide students through admissions, applications, and visa processes for studying abroad. 🎓✈️

✅ Requirements:
➡ Bachelor's/Honors degree
➡ 1–3 years' experience in Immigration/Education Consultancy (Freshers welcome)
➡ Age 23–29
➡ Good communication skills in English & Bengali
➡ Proficient in MS Office

📋 Responsibilities:

1. Handle student and guardian enquiries via phone, Messenger, WhatsApp, and in-person consultations
2. Recommend suitable study destinations, institutions, and programs based on students' backgrounds and goals
3. Conduct professional counselling sessions and present study abroad opportunities
4. Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversion into enrolled students
5. Guide students on admission requirements, applications, offer letters, and visa procedures
6. Assist students in preparing SOPs, study plans, and financial documents
7. Coordinate with partner universities and colleges on application submissions and updates
8. Maintain accurate records of leads, consultations, and conversion status
9. Achieve monthly counselling, enrolment, and file submission targets
10. Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the process
