Today’s Functional Fitness Fusion class = PURE POWER ✨

These four ladies showed up, lifted strong, moved with confidence, and absolutely smashed it. Strength isn’t about looking a certain way — it’s about feeling capable, confident, and proud of what your body can do 💪

If you’ve ever thought “I’d love to strength train but I’m scared / I don’t know where to start / I’m worried I won’t be strong enough” — this class is for you.

Functional Fitness Fusion is a progressive strength training class designed to help you build strength safely and confidently:
• Small group setting (max 6 people)
• Perfect for beginners
• More coaching, more attention, more support
• A brilliant option if you want guidance but aren’t ready for 1:1 PT

You’ll learn proper technique, build strength week by week, and gain confidence in a friendly, non-intimidating environment.

💷 £10 per class
🔥 £50 unlimited monthly class pass (usable across 5 classes per week)

If you’re looking for a way to train consistently, build strength, and feel more confident in your body — this is what I currently run in N7 / North London.

All sessions are small, coached, and welcoming, with the focus on learning proper technique, progressing safely, and enjoying the process — not rushing or competing with anyone else.

What’s on offer:

Functional Fitness Fusion
Small group personal training focused on progressive strength, form, and conditioning.
🗓 Mon & Wed 7–8pm • Fri 12-1pm | 6:30–7:30pm
📍 Private garage studio • Max 6 people

Core Fundamentals
A Pilates-inspired mix of core strength, control, and stability.
Each week varies slightly to keep sessions engaging and well-rounded.
🗓 Saturdays 8:30am • Clocktower Community Centre
💷 £4 per session

Couch to 5K Run Club
Beginner-friendly run/walk intervals designed to build endurance gradually.
Supportive, inclusive, and perfect if you’re new to running.
🗓 Saturdays 9:45am • Caledonian Park (Clocktower)

You can pay per session or choose the £50 unlimited class pass (30 days) if you’d like to train across multiple classes and build real consistency.

More classes will be added based on demand — if there’s a day or time that would suit you better, I’m always open to suggestions.

Functional Fitness Fusion is a coached strength class designed for people who want to build real strength, confidence, and understanding — not just sweat through random workouts.

Each session focuses on learning and practising key compound lifts with proper coaching, clear structure, and progressive overload over time. Conditioning and cardio are included, but they’re introduced gradually and intelligently so they support strength rather than overwhelm it.

Numbers are deliberately kept small so everyone receives guidance, feedback, and space to learn. This isn’t about being the fittest person in the room — it’s about training consistently, building skill, and feeling more confident in your body week by week.

The class also builds strong foundations for anyone considering events like Battle Cancer later in the year — but it’s just as valuable if you’re training for everyday strength and long-term health.

🗓 Class times:
• Mondays 7–8pm
• Wednesdays 7–8pm
• Fridays 6:30–7:30pm
