Introducing treatment packages! I’ve been thinking a lot about “results” and expectations in this industry.

Courtesy of social media, there’s often an expectation that one treatment should do it all. And sometimes it does do something noticeable; a bit of immediate tmj relief, nourished skin, a body that feels lighter or less tense.

But what actually holds, shifts, and improves over time is almost always the result of consistency, not intensity.

The same is true whether we’re working on skin or body. It’s not normally about doing more, it’s about doing things *well*, and repeating them in a way the body or skin can respond to (which will always be individual, depending on you and your goals).

This is why I’ve structured some of my treatments into packages, to reflect how they actually work best. It also allows us to work more intentionally, and build a more considered treatment plan tailored to you.
