Today is my birthday! 🎂 And what a perfect day it is to announce I am so pleased to have joined the team so I can continue my passion for supporting women’s health & well-being.

I love empowering women, especially during such monumental times in their lives. Coaching empowers us to get balance in our lives, build resilience and confidence, be the parent we want to be, build self-belief and see opportunity when sometimes it feels like there is none.
