🚨This is for ALL

Humans are visual beings! From the time we wake up to the time we sleep we are constantly processing information through our eyes. A system known as Visual Perception.

What is it?
Visual Perception is recognising & giving meaning to what we see.

Who is it for?
Everyone, 65% of people are visual learners.

Why build it?
90% of the information absorbed by the brain is visual and it is everywhere!

How does it impact everyday life?
For kids, it is the foundation for reading, writing, spelling, math, motor activities like cutting, drawing writing, body posture & movements like jumping, rolling.

For adults, it is embedded in everyday skills like cooking, driving, sporting activities, and work-skills.

How to build it at home?
For kids, incorporate age-appropriate visual perception activities like dot to dot, finding Waldo, jigsaw puzzles, outdoor games & sports.

For adults, incorporate it as part of everyday stress-management by going for walks, playing a sport, making jigsaw puzzles, paying attention to your balance & your posture, taking care of those eyes with diet & exercise and simply becoming more self-aware.
