National Apprenticeship Week is an opportunity to recognise the value apprentices bring to our industry and the importance of creating clear pathways into construction.

We are proud to support early careers at 4B Projects, including Daniel Shaw, Apprentice Quantity Surveyor. Since joining the business, Dan has contributed to live projects while continuing to develop his technical knowledge, building confidence and capability in his role.

It’s been rewarding to see his growth so far, and we are committed to providing the experience, support and exposure needed to help him continue developing within the profession.

Supporting apprentices forms part of our wider commitment to strengthening the future workforce. Over the past year, we have been recognised by the City of London Corporation for our engagement with schools and early careers, including being awarded ‘Best On-location Session’ at the London Careers Festival and achieving accreditation under the Future Skyline Skills Commitment.

Investing in people at the start of their careers is essential to building a sustainable and resilient construction industry.
