Thai massage psoas stretch.
the is a deep muscle responsible of hip flexion.
Sitting long time will shorten this muscle. A tight psoas can affect the posture and can potentially create back pain.
Regular stretch of the psoas is very beneficial especially if you spend many hours sitting.
I took this video in 2016 during the break,
when I was studying Thai massage at the old medicine hospital in Chiang Mai - Thailand . Chiang Mai is the best place to be if you want study Thai Massage.
