Another successful award night, this time at AHEAD Europe 2023 awards sponsored by Sleeper Magazine.

1 Hotel Mayfair picked up two awards, one for the winning restaurant Dovetale and the other for the winning bar, Dover Yard categories. A huge congratulations to all involved including Crosstree Real Estate, GA. Group, Studio Moren, Dion & Arles and many more.

An awe inspiring Olympic-sized infinity pool with idyllic views of the bay of Kotor on the Adriatic coast, this project is truly stunning.

The sculpture by the pool—artist Jaume Plensa—of a man made of letters is uniquely lit internally displaying the beautiful form and contrast.

The iconic Majlis Oman set within the magnificent and dramatic backdrop of the jebels.

We commissioned 5,000 custom-made LED fittings for this project to create a uniform wash of light over the building with minimal glare.

The highly engineered local stonework is uplit to create drama, precisely locating light fittings to ensure the amazing texture and shadow gaps are experienced both up close and from a great distance.
