We adore a great sweet potato! But did you know, unlike regular potatoes, sweet pots are actually roots, and they can be enjoyed in many ways including baked, steamed, boiled, mashed, microwaved or even raw!

Oh and you don't need to peel! When eaten with the skin on, sweet potatoes are an excellent source of fibre. You can't go wrong!

It's all about Garlic...

We feel a little lost when we run out of garlic in the kitchen, it's a proper staple, adding heaps of flavour to so many recipes! It also contains some great health properties, helping lower cholesterol levels because of the anti-oxidant it contains!

Good thing many of our boxes contain this magic ingredient! 👀
