We're Hiring: Mid–Senior Laravel Developer
(Job Board & CRM Specialist)
Location: Pinelands, Cape Town

Are you a Laravel wizard with a knack for building Job Boards and CRM platforms? Do you dream in Eloquent queries and wake up debugging APIs? Good — because we’re on the hunt for someone like you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Building and enhancing a modern Job Board platform with Laravel at the core.
Integrating and customizing CRM systems to power recruitment workflows.
Crafting clean, secure, and scalable code — because spaghetti belongs on a plate, not in production.
Collaborating with designers, PMs, and other Devs to ship features that actually get used.
Creating and consuming RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and internal tools.
Owning your work, from architecture to deployment (yes, we love a bit of CI/CD too).

What We’re Looking For:
3–6 years of PHP development, with solid Laravel chops (we’re talking artisan-level).
Real-world experience building Job Board platforms — custom or from frameworks like Jobify, SmartJobBoard, etc.
Proven background working with CRM systems — ideally recruitment-focused (Bullhorn, Salesforce, etc.).
Comfortable with relational DBs (MySQL), Redis, and queue management.
Bonus points for Vue.js, React, or Livewire know-how.
Git workflow aficionado. Testing fan. DevOps-curious?
Even better.
Someone who says “Let’s refactor” as often as they say “Let’s deploy”.
