✨ Practitioner Talk #1: Steve Lee
During our final term, a range of service design practitioners are coming in to share their perspective on service design in practice, each from a different context.
Steve Lee, Director of Steve Lee Design Consulting, kicked off our first talk. With 20+ years of global experience across the public and private sectors (including the UNDP, BBC, and NHS), Steve has seen service design evolve from an emerging discipline into a powerhouse industry.
Steve shared three fascinating snapshots of his career timeline, using real-world project examples to show how the practice has transformed, and where it’s heading next.
Thank you, Steve, for an incredible session and for helping us map out the future of design! 🙌
