I found this very informative - a 2 min graphic video, on Sky News no less, explaining what happens to the planet if we go above 2 degrees of warming. If we go above 2 degrees, we trigger effects that automatically take us to 3 degrees, and then we are in big trouble! There's another short video for the jump from 3 to 4 degrees and then one for 4 to 6 degrees. Last time the planet was at the equivalent of 6 degrees hotter than in 1750, 95% of life was wiped out! This is why climate scientist now say we need to aim for 1.5 degrees of global warming. Currently we are at 0.8 degrees and we are rapidly speeding up - not slowing down! No wonder people are protesting and rebelling!

It is currently playing on BBC iPlayer and a few courageous people have posted it on Youtube. if it disappears from the location that I have copied it from here, I imagine it will pop up elsewhere.

Love, Trauma and Identity Constellations Workshop

I am now running one day workshops on the theme of love, trauma and identity. These workshops explore how our identity is impacted by the extent to which our early needs for love, connection, attunement, trust and autonomy have been met. The process is a development of the Family Constellations work of Bert Hellinger and I think it complements and supports our NVC practice very well.
