Making good progress at Barclays house, despite the rain!
✅ Top lift of scaffolding down
✅ Mansard roof complete with new dormer windows
✅ Facade cleaned
✅ New side windows installed
Big push now to get the rest of the facade works complete so we can get the scaffolding down next month.

The Kitchen is in at the Barclays House show home and it looks incredible. Massive shoutout to for such a quality finish – proper craftsmanship and a great service too.
The feedback from viewings has been brilliant, 3 flats reserved and we’re still 5 months off completion.
They say the kitchen sells the home…with Bosch appliances and great colours, this delivers.
Really pleased with how this one’s turned out. When you’ve got 22 flats to deliver, getting these design choices right is everything and I think we’ve nailed it.
