Here’s me talking to an owner of a single care home!

He wants to get more enquiries to his top-end luxury care home.

”Sure, we’ll get you more enquiries,” I say.

”And we’ll get you enquiries you would otherwise not get,” I say.

”But to improve your conversion rates on enquiries from people who do not already know about you requires extra, speed and diligence.”

Am I right or wrong?!

🏡 🏡 Care homes 🏡 🏡 what do you do if an enquiring family requests a brochure?

Answer = send the brochure by POST as well as by email AND include a handwritten note 😀

It’s worth adding that extra personalised touch.
