This afternoon a technical glitch meant that some of our customers received an email to say there was a price increase which would affect their monthly direct debit payments to Wickham Security.

This email was an error and for this we apologise.

You should have received a second email to clarify that there will be no changes to your regular monthly payments.

We are aware of some comments being circulated on Facebook that are being targeted and taken advantage of by other security companies in the area and former employees about Wickham Security.

A few key points of note:

1. We do contact our customers to inform them of changes that will directly affect their security system, such as The Big Switch Off (PSTN lines being cut off by 2025).

2. Customers paying by direct debit will continue to receive the same services they've paid for.

3. Customers wishing to remain paying annually can continue to do so.
