December at Devonshire Square has been a delightful celebration filled with enchanting live music, spectacular dance performances, twinkling festive lights, and delicious treats from our amazing restaurants and bars!
Our ‘Art for Love’ Winter Festival brought a joyful and vibrant atmosphere to our historic campus, showcasing international talents specialising in various music and dance genres, including soul, jazz, R&B, pop, contemporary, and classical.
This two-week programme, organized by DSQ, aimed to raise awareness and support for The Connection homeless charity.
We welcomed everyone to our free lunchtime events, where hundreds of attendees enjoyed complimentary samples of our retailers’ finest desserts and drinks.

We are thrilled to announce that ‘The Garden of Hearts’ will bloom again in our Western Courtyard tomorrow!! 🥰😍❤❤ ❤ ❤ ✨
This romantic installation features hundreds of eco-friendly, heart-shaped red balloons, symbolizing the power of love, compassion, and unity within communities.
📸 Be sure to snap a picture in “The Garden of Hearts”, share it on Instagram, and follow/tag us to enter DSQ’s Valentine’s Day raffle for a chance to win some amazing rewards!
🍽️ Prizes include:
· A romantic dinner for two at Devonshire Square’s trendy Italian restaurant, Enoteca da Luca
· Lunch for two at the multi-award-winning Indian restaurant, Cinnamon Kitchen

🕰️The installation is free to visit and open to everyone, on display both on 13th and 14th February, from 10.30am to 6.30pm
🌹If wish to treat your beloved one to a scented bouquet of roses, visit the ‘Blooming Spot’ – a pop-up flower shop by floral artists Katie Sparrow – hosted by the ‘Garden of Hearts’ both on 13th and 14th February.
🎗️Dedicated to the British Heart Foundation, ‘The Garden of Heart’ aims to raise awareness of the outstanding medical research work funded by the charity to fight all heart and circulatory diseases.
To support the British Heart Foundation, Devonshire Square is promoting the fundraising campaign, encouraging donation of high-quality pre-loved clothing or books to local BHF charity shops.

The countdown to the launch of DSQ7 has now started!!
As the big day approaches, we are sharing with you the spectacular views of the City of London skyline enjoyable from its beautiful open terrace!
June 2024 will see the highly anticipated opening of this amazing building, which will deliver up to 94,0506 Sq ft of contemporary and dynamic office space, with private and communal green roof terraces and balconies, surrounded by newly landscaped courtyards.
As sustainability is at the core of our vision, the redevelopment plan of DSQ7 included retaining the existing structures, saving thousands of tonnes of embodied carbon.
Additionally, the new eco-designed development features state-of-the-art sustainability specifications, aiming for Nabers 5 star rating and BREEAM Outstanding certifications.
