This category recognises the restoration and repair of historic buildings, preserving London’s heritage while improving energy efficiency.
This recognition reflects the hard work & dedication of our DSQ team and project partners, who have led the restoration of this historic landmark, honouring its architectural history while creating vibrant, sustainable spaces for the community today and in the future.
Winners will be announced at the Awards Lunch in the Great Hall of the Guildhall on Thursday, 20 November 2025.
Voting is open for the 2025 People’s Choice Award where the public and wider built environment community can vote.
