Hi everyone, I’m Antony Mistretta — I’ve been a personal trainer for 15 years & have owned my own private PT studio since 2014.
I’m a husband, a dad to an amazing son & soon to be welcoming a baby girl into our family.
My love for sport runs deep — strength, performance & pushing limits have shaped who I am and how I train my clients.
I believe that when you focus on strength and performance, the results you see in the mirror will follow naturally.
I’ve competed in multiple sports, trained for them all & built a rock-solid foundation of knowledge that I’m ready to share far beyond my studio walls.
It’s time for me to take my passion online, helping people across the world build lasting strength, performance & confidence.
