I’ve seen a lot of clients diaries.
They are usually absolutely rammed with back to back meetings.
I was told by one that he gets 50 emails to clear before 9am.
These guys operate at a different level.
Always “ON”
I don’t even bother scheduling training on Monday and Tuesday.
It’s actually not the priority. Yep. You read that right.
For many of them I start the training week on a Wednesday. When the brunt is over and there is genuine headspace to get in and do training without being anxious to look at the emails…
So they train Wed,Fri and Sat or Sun in the AM before work or family commitments.
And still get results… because if you are getting 8-12 sessions a month done. Who cares what day they are on.
