Zoom classes are on! Being on maternity leave during the last lockdown I missed out on teaching online, so this time around I felt pretty nervous about being behind the curve. While it’s no substitute for a full studio, seeing so many familiar faces each morning this week has made being in an empty studio much less sad! Our studio doors may be closed from Thursday, but we are still very much open for fitness! We am determined to do everything we can to help you maintain some sense of routine, community and keep you feeling supported in your training.
