💡 Foundation Training Tip 1

At this time of year, you’ll probably be seeing lots of promotional posts from different training providers, and it can be difficult to know which one is right for you.

Before signing up or paying for anything, speak to your employer or Designated Supervisor. Many employers already provide a training programme at no personal cost, so it’s always worth checking first.

If your employer isn’t providing one, take the time to do your research. Every training provider offers something different, so choose the one that best suits your learning style, the support you’re looking for, and your goals for the year.
