~GETTING BACK TO ‘NORMAL’~
I don’t why that word fills me with a slight sense of dread... ‘normal’. I’m not even sure I want my old normal back!!! Life is slowly getting back to ‘normal’ as gyms open up today, and here’s just some thoughts from little old me... 🤷🏻‍♀️
~If you’ve found an online Instructor you’ve loved and who’s supported you through lockdown then maybe consider sticking with them!!
~I’ve poured my heart and soul into launching my own online classes and platform this year... and the big re opening of corporate gyms and mega studios has been a little bit of a dark cloud looming over me! 😬
~This is NOT me slamming gyms by any means...and don’t get me wrong I cannot wait for some face to face classes in my fav studios! But if you’ve found a new love for exercise from your home with a small business or Instructor... then reconsider those solo gym sessions that maybe weren’t for you in the first place!?
~We’ve worked hard throughout this pandemic to bring you movement in any way we can... and for me there’s no reason to stop that! I’ve loved it!
~Things are going to go back to normal... but; if you can, continue to support your small businesses/instructors and local studios... whether that be online or in the flesh!
~Big love to my online community and clients that continue to move with me every week!
~I would literally be nothing without every single one of you!!!! ❤️❤️
