Having traveled all around the world and tasted different variations of Basque cheesecake, we found that not every spot has the real Basque recipe 😔 Sometimes it’s dry and not as creamy at the end of the piece as it needs to be 🤩 So, we decided to make it our own way based on the authentic recipe from the Basque Country. 🧐
