It’s so hot. Today I put out 3 large plant base saucers of water for the birds. These two rock pigeons came and shared a drink and a bath. I only learned yesterday that pigeons mate for life so I wondered if these two are a bonded couple - or just friends. Please do the same and put out water for the birds, foxes, squirrels, insects and anything else that lies outside. X

While out canvassing & leafleting for I have seen:
1. A cross eyed Siamese.
2. Heart shaped leaves.
3. Campanula growing out of walls.
4. Views over Battersea I’ve never seen before.
5. Very ‘misleading’ information on leaflets.
6. Responses above letterboxes from constituents who have read them.
7. Magical windows.
8. Absurd moats around massively overpriced apartment blocks.
9. Really good recycling guidance.
10. Little while clouds in big blue skies.
