Our Deep Down Pinot Noir from Marlborough, New Zealand is certified organic, wild fermented and sulphur free. It has fruity hints with notes of pomegranate and strawberries and it goes very well with our food.

Our Kado Tart Tatin is made with spiced butternut squash, glazed with reduced fig leaf vinegar and topped with whipped feta, hazelnut and dehydrated curly kale leaves. There is also a vegan option available for our vegan or dairy intolerant guests.
