Bright and clean multifunctional and ambiguous reception space close to Barbican tube station.

This lobby space is flooded by natural light during the day. Lighting has been designed to always keep the same look, day and night. Accent light on the curtains will give the space the welcoming atmosphere.

It was a pleasure to design this high-end hospitality restaurant in Doha.
Cove lighting, column uplights and charming decorative pendants and wall lights. All in a warm and charming colour temperature.

I've been always fascinated by lighting and I've never imagined that I would have the opportunity to work in such different lighting fields: offices, high end hospitality and residential, boutiques, yatches, facades, street, landscape, museum and art installation.

Lighting has been designed to reflect the diverse, colourful and textured modern sari.
Colour splodges on walls and floor and spotlighting on all of sari's masterpieces, the best match to keep a simple but effective deisgn.

The right colour temperature gives to the structure its importance.
A simple staircase becames an interesting inspiration.

Yayoi Kusama: Kusama Infinity and her Infinity Mirror Rooms exhibition at Tate Modern Gallery, London is really inspiring.
Usually, when you experience art, there's a clear distinction between you and the artwork. Not here. Kusama is disorientating: light is pulsing and water and mirrors are making hard to tell where you end and where the rest of the room begins.

When colour temperature is matched and you feel a bit confused.

A significant role has the lighting on exteriors. It invites people to enter, to enjoy and live the spaces.

Lighting jumped on me during one of my Master's Degree courses in Architecture.
After that I wasn't able to leave it.
I've moved to London and worked for 3 different lighting practices, lots of amazing projects all over the world, light installations and now, 5 years later a new adventure: Lumi!
