Yesterday, we were honoured to participate in our partner The The LPI (Learning and Performance Institute)Learning Live Network event, a unique platform for senior L&D professionals to connect, share best practices, and collaborate on solving real-world business challenges.

This exclusive event brings together the brightest minds in the industry to foster innovation and drive meaningful change.

Representing ARuVR® ®, our Head of Marketing, Eleonora Rocca, joined forces with one of our advisors, Dr. Serena Gonsalves-Fersch, FLPI to present the hashtag ’s hashtag in hashtag Leadership (WILL) project.

This initiative aims to promote pathways to leadership, foster allyship, and empower women across the L&D sector.

Eleonora and Serena shared the stage, while other founding members, Prachi Prasad, Sarah Hatton (FLPI), and Sarah Burrell, facilitated tables during the activities and discussions.

Although we missed them on the day, we also want to recognise the incredible contributions of our fellow WILL founders: Jackie Barefield FCIPD FLPI, Abigail Pears, Pash Reddy, and Ashley Sinclair.

The discussions at the event were both inspiring and impactful, focusing on mentorship, leadership development, and scaling support for women in organisations.

These conversations underscored the importance of collective action in creating opportunities that benefit individuals, teams, and organisations alike.

ARuVR’s partnership with The LPI is rooted in our shared commitment to fostering inclusion and innovation in the workplace.
