Quick Cooking Method
1️⃣ Boil 400g red lentils with 2 tsp turmeric until soft (about 20 mins).
2️⃣ Toast 2 tsp cumin seeds, then fry 3 garlic cloves + 1–2 green chillies in 25g butter until golden.
3️⃣ Stir everything together, season to taste.
4️⃣ Serve hot with 200g cooked Setara Supreme Extra-Long Basmati Rice (about 50g dry rice per person). 🌾🍴
