Alex Reeves Drums

Nice sounds here for . The snare is known at my studio as the Cow Drum, an old metal barrel with a bit of a poor old cow strapped to it. It DID NOT die in vain. I’ve put an old Acrolite under it for the snare-y-ness, close mic’d and cranked, plus a load of random studio bits on top of the hats and cranked that too, with a reverb to give it some length. Also I got some brass vases from a charity shop which are doing the agogo thing
