We are an established Land & Engineering company working predominantly in the construction industry over the past 34 years.

We specialise in hire of GPS controlled earthmoving machinery.

Currently seeking a full-time office administrator to work in our Loughton head office, on a permanent basis.

Hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm with a 45-minute lunch break.

Must have good written and spoken English.

Proficiency in Sage 50 Pay role package with Pension module is essential.

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Power Point)

The administrator will undertake the following tasks.

1. Weekly & Monthly wages (Sage), CIS payments (Excel)

2. Submit monthly CIS deductions to HMRC.

3. Answer incoming calls & emails.

4. Assist the MD with daily tasks.

This is a varied role so will require someone that can undertake tasks efficiently.
