Dog campaigners have successfully opposed Hackney Council’s plans to ensure dogs are kept on leads in Abney Park cemetery.

“We can breathe and enjoy Abney with respect and gratitude, as the much-loved community space and nature reserve that it is,” said campaigner Alexandra Hamit.
