Today’s Tip: DON’T FORGET TO PLAN!

Most people just love to get stuck in right away when it comes to doing digital marketing, or even creating a website.

There’s no brief, no strategy… nothing.

They just start putting out content.

But this is exactly how you will fail.

If you don’t know who you’re talking to and what they want, how are you going to deliver the right content?

This is why we love this quote by Benjamin Franklin and encourage everyone to prepare marketing strategies BEFORE implementing anything.

The world has been in a bit of turmoil lately and it’s made many of us feel quite hopeless and down about life.

There are clearly super pressing issues happening, but are marketing/PR teams supposed to address these issues in their content?

Whilst on the one hand it feels ignorant to just start shouting about your promotions and the great work you’re doing while people are losing their lives, if brands are not directly connected to these issues, what do they say about them?

It’s so tricky and such a difficult time for any marketing/PR team at the moment.
