A Home to Rent

A Home To Rent is a Fulham based letting agency specialised in short and long let in Chelsea, South Kensington and Notting Hill.

We require now a fluent Italian and English speaker, a bright, hard working and highly-organised Property Manager who is ready to join our team.

The applicant must have a Full Uk driving licence and be confident to drive a scooter.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

- supervise the properties before the guest arrive
- Carry on regular property inspections
- Arranging check-in and check-out
- Managing and registering bills
- Arranging maintenance when needed
- Managing rotas and cleaners
- Dealing with tenants and landlords

This role is from Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 6:30

Experience is required.
We might consider unexperienced but with the will to learn and grow in this industry fast.
Competitive salary depending on experience.
