This Breathe practice is a powerful vehicle to release stress and reconnect with yourself.

Through the breath, and with Susan’s gentle guidance, we’ll explore our inner system — reclaiming the parts of ourselves that have been shut down, shamed or terrified — and softly doing the work of repair and integration.
