Just when you think you've been spooked enough! 🎃

Here are some more scary stories for L&D professionals.👇🏼

For more than one client, forced content purchases absorb an eye-watering budget but deliver no impact. One customer told us they spend $50 per person, per year on learning content licenses: that's millions of dollars.

The spooky season gets even scarier! 🎃

Here is another scary story for L&D professionals...

One of our clients discovered that they had no access to the full libraries for the content that they had paid for.

There was no route through internal systems for end users to get into certain libraries without being individually granted a license.

And their content vendors were simply refusing to share their content metadata – this metadata was for the content that the client had licensed or had received access to as part of major contracts.
