Rehab doesn't have to be boring, but it does have to be part of your life!
Staying out of pain requires a few simple exercises that will improve your posture and change the way your body moves.
It should take 5 minutes max (preferably 2-3 minutes) per day.
If you have an A4 sheet of paper from your chiro/osteo/physio with 20 different exercises on it. We suggest you consider distilling it down to the 2-3 key corrective movements and get on with your life.
