CHIPOTLE-BUFFALO GRILLED CHEESE
Launching 5pm today in all restaurants.
Had this as a loose idea forever and finally got it nailed. Fried chicken tossed in smoky tangy chipotle-buffalo, stuffed inside a sourdough grilled cheese. Fresh pico de gallo and a creamy salsa verde brighten it up. Sounds like a lot but it’s surprisingly light, bang on in this weather.
