Here's what most people get wrong: rest and movement are opposites.
They're not. They work together.
Gentle movement – yoga, stretching, walking – actually enhances recovery. It:

Day 1 of 7 Days of Rest 🌊
Most of us live in constant activation. Our nervous systems stay in 'go' mode even when we're sitting down. This exhausts us at a cellular level. Real rest means giving your nervous system permission to pause.
Today's Challenge:
Identify one area where you're neglecting rest. Is it sleep? Downtime? Relaxation without guilt? Write it down. Acknowledge it. That's the first step to change.
Tonight's Action:
Commit to 20 minutes of screen-free time before bed. Put your phone in another room. Notice how you feel when you wake up tomorrow.
