Perfect Pitch, a large-scale community project co-created by ENO and Salford-based Walk the Plank, is coming to We Invented the Weekend on Saturday 6 June 2026 🎶
Inspired by the World Cup, this unmissable outdoor performance brings together a 400-strong choir of football fans and singers from across Greater Manchester to celebrate the unexpected connection between football and opera.
Here’s the choir rehearsing at BBC Philharmonic ahead of this one-off performance with the Chorus of ENO and ENO artists. Featuring ‘Nessun Dorma’ sung by tenor Luis Gomes and the ENO Chorus, plus performances from Alison Langer and Dan D’Souza ✨
