Pro-Feel is looking for SIA Door Supervisors for a luxurious Hotel in Hertfordshire (Near London).

The right operative will be smart, polite, friendly, professional, capable of mixing hosting and security in order to make regular guests and members feel safe and comfortable at all times.

You cannot rely on public transport to access the complex and need to drive your own car.

Day shifts from 9am to 9pm (12hours per shifts)
4 days on / 4 days off. (48hours per week)
Conditions: Self employed
Rate: £12ph paid monthly
Dress code: Smart suit / overcoat, roll neck / T-shirt ( no tie)

Shifts: Thu-Fri-Sat 7:30pm-2:30am (21 hours + more shifts might be available during the week in other venues)
Start: ASAP
Entry rate: £11ph Self-employed (to increase according to performance)
Profile: Smart, polite, reliable, good communication skills, good conflict management skills ( able to diffuse situations and to deter anti-social behavior in a calm and professional manor), good customer service skills.

Pro-Feel is recruiting a Door supervisor for a high-end Hotel in Marylebone.

Shifts: Full time 48 hours pw (Shift pattern TBC)

Rates: Entry rate is between £11-13ph (depending on experience) and increases regularly based on our assessment of your performance and Client’s feedback.

Role: Our operative will be the first point of contact for this prestigious venue and should be able to make guests feel welcomed and comfortable. You will also be capable of defusing antisocial behaviors calmly and with confidence.
