�Feeling hot? Can’t concentrate? Here are a few tips to beat the heat and stay focused:
🌅 If you can set your own schedule, do the most important things in the mornings or evenings, when it's a little cooler; and do the things that require less focus in the afternoons, when it’s the hottest.
🍉If you can, be in a cooler space; stay hydrated and eat food that keeps you cool.
💛If you’re feeling lazy because it's too hot, don’t beat yourself up, just enjoy a slow pace.
