Honoured to Be Part of Something Bigger 🤍

At El Inca Plebeyo, we believe food is a way to connect, uplift and bring people together.

It was a true pleasure to be part of the closing event by .uk , where we had the opportunity to serve canapés and share a small taste of our Ecuadorian roots with such an inspiring community.

A special thank you to for her vision, leadership and dedication in building a platform that empowers and supports the Latin community in London.

✨ Initiatives like this remind us that when we come together, we grow stronger.

We are always proud and ready to support projects that celebrate, uplift and create opportunities for our community.

Two Cultures. One Kitchen. And Something Bigger Is Coming.

On April 19th, El Inca Plebeyo hosts a new edition of Ecuadorian Flavours —
where Ecuadorian cuisine meets British identity in a collaboration designed to surprise London.

A guest chef will join Chef Jorge Pacheco.
But not just any chef.

The name? Still unrevealed.
The menu? Still under wraps.
But this time… it goes beyond the plate.

Because on this same day, we unveil something we’ve been building behind the scenes:

A new way to experience Ecuadorian gastronomy in London.
More access. More experiences. More belonging.

✨ Think less “restaurant”…
✨ and more a membership to flavour.

Some might call it… the Netflix of Ecuadorian gastronomy in London.

And those in the room will be the first to be part of it.

Seats will be limited.
Curiosity won’t be.

It’s the next step.

Once a Year. One Dish Tells the Whole Story.

Before it becomes a dish, Fanesca is a table full of ingredients.

Grains carefully prepared.
Pumpkin slowly cooked.
Salted cod patiently softened.
Every element waiting for its moment.

In Ecuador, this iconic soup is prepared only once a year during Easter — a tradition that brings families together after hours of cooking, stories and laughter in the kitchen.

At El Inca Plebeyo, we honour that tradition here in London.

And this weekend feels like the perfect moment to share it.

Swipe to discover the story behind every ingredient.

👉 Celebrate Mother’s Day with something truly special

Only once a year. Only for a short time.

The Dish That Every Ecuadorian Knows.
The Flavour No One Forgets.

Swipe to discover one of Ecuador’s most iconic plates.

Hornado — slow-roasted pork, deeply seasoned, tender inside, crisp on the outside.
A flavour shaped by time, fire, and tradition.

Served with ripe plantain, golden and sweet.
Giant Andean corn, bold and comforting.
Pattie potato, soft and earthy.
Finished with a vibrant house-made curtido to balance every bite.

And to elevate the experience…
🍷 Paired with El Gaucho Tannat red wine, rich, structured, and perfectly matched to the depth of the dish.
